How does the Perks Program work?

Our Perks program is a great way to save money and earn awesome deals on groceries. The more you spend at any of our grocery locations, the more you save. There are two ways to spend your Perks: choose either groceries or fuel. Use your Perks phone number every time you shop to earn a wallet credit or discounts at the pump. How do I enroll in Perks?

Enrolling is easy, visit the registration page here and complete the form. Next time you visit any Macey’s, Lin’s, Fresh Market, Dan’s or Dick’s location provide your phone number at checkout to start earning points. To track your points, login to your account here.

Can I use both grocery and fuel discounts?

The Perks discount only applies to either discounts on groceries or discounts on fuel; they cannot be combined.

Can I switch between grocery and fuel discounts?

Yes, you can switch between the two options but there are restrictions. If you are enrolled in fuel Perks, once you have accumulated 100 points, those points are immediately converted to a .10 cent fuel discount and they cannot be brought back. If you switch to grocery discounts, you will need to wait until the beginning of the month for any points to be converted to a wallet credit.

How do I update my email address?

Once you have logged into your account, visit Your Account page. Click the Update Account Information button. Scroll down and enter the correct email address.

What is my username?

If you have registered on our updated website, your username is your email address. If you aren’t sure which email you used, please visit your store customer service desk.

Can I have more than one phone number linked to my Perks account?

Yes, you can add a second phone number when registering for an account or by visiting Your Account page and updating your information.

It says my email address is in use. What do I do?

Reset your password using your email. If you need to update any of your other account information, visit Your Account page and update your information.

How do I reset my password?

Click the Log In button in the menu bar. At the bottom of the login screen, choose the Forgot password option. Follow the prompts to reset your password.

How do I use online coupons?

Log in or create a Perks account. Once you have created an account, visit the digital coupons page here and view hundreds of digital coupons available to you. Select the coupons you want and add them to your account. Use your Perks phone number at the register when you purchase the items to redeem the offers. No need to print or clip coupons anymore!
